Our Gite is now fully double glazed

Spacious open plan living room with beamed fireplace, wood burner, satellite television and DVD player  &  Sofa bed

Well equipped kitchen with full size gas cooker, microwave, fridge and freezer, washing machine & coffee maker.

Complementary Afternoon Tea can be served on your arrival.

There is a supplementary  charge for oil central heating in winter

Wifi access available free..

The both bedrooms have views over the garden and the river. The double bedroom has it’s own wash basin. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge that sleeps 2 comfortably.

Gite Rental Prices

Our prices have increased slightly to cover and include a 3.5% tourist tax that now has to be paid each night of your stay here with us.

LOW SEASON – Easter, May, and October – £425.00 per week
MID SEASON – June and September – £450.00 per week
HIGH SEASON – July and August – £525.00 per week
OTHER DATES – From £400.00 per week

CHRISTMAS, NEW YEAR – £450.00 per week

Gite Changeover Day

This is a Saturday, but please telephone or e mail if you require another changeover day as this can sometimes be arranged, especially during the low season months.

Well behaved dogs welcome at a charge of £15.00 per week, there is a secure enclosure where you can leave your dog with our two by prior arrangement with us. Your dog cannot be left in the gite on their own.

Electricity, water, gas and some logs for the fire if required are included in the price.
Also all bed linen and towels including tea towels are provided but we do ask if you can bring your own beach towels.

During the colder periods there would be a supplementary charge for the central heating at Merle gite- to be arranged at the time of booking

Time of arrival at the commencement of your holiday is after 3pm and we ask if you could vacate the gite on departure day by 11.00 am

We do not charge for cleaning, but we do ask that you leave the gite in a tidy & clean condition on your departure.
